We are excited to introduce Ask a Hiring Manager, a new blog series created to demystify the interview process by hearing directly from people who are actively hiring. This series spotlights members of The WICT Network: Greater Philadelphia community, with a focus on leaders who have participated in the Rising Leaders or Betsey Magness programs.
